Guided Imagery allows students to explore concepts being studied and form personal opinions. This works well as a primer when introducing a new topic.

(1) Structure a daydream with students, using words to describe the trip, as students relax and imagine themselves in the scene.
(2) Replay the activity using questions such as
- How did you feel when…?
- Where did your exploration take you?
- What were your reactions when…?
- Did you see anything that surprised you?
